What are the minimum charter periods for heavy mobile cranes?
From single-shift (8-hour) emergency lifts to weekly, monthly and multi-year dedicated EPC charter models — all with built-in replacement guarantees.
Are equipment operators certified for Saudi Aramco and SABIC complexes?
Yes. All operators and riggers in our wet-lease program hold valid Aramco / SABIC safety passports, third-party technical certifications (TUV / SGS), defensive-driving permits and clean background clearance.
How are mobilization fees calculated and what is your turnaround radius?
With regional hubs in Riyadh, Jubail, Dammam and Yanbu, lowboy trailer transport is calculated at fixed regional zone rates. Within major industrial hubs, units arrive on site within 2 to 4 hours.
What happens if an equipment failure occurs during a shutdown?
Our SLA specifies a mobile field-mechanics van dispatch within 45 minutes. If an overhaul requires more than 4 hours, an equivalent backup unit from our regional fleet is dispatched immediately at no additional cost.
