TCS Training Group appointed Note International Contracting for the turnkey interior fit-out of its training center in Riyadh. The scope covered space-planning coordination, partitions and ceilings, flooring, decoration, MEP works and coordination, audio-visual and data provisions, fixed joinery and reception, wayfinding and branding, and the supply and installation of all loose furniture.
The Execution Challenge
A training environment needs good acoustic separation between rooms, flexible power and data, comfortable lighting and HVAC, and durable, professional finishes. Everything had to come together on a fixed opening date, with furniture and AV commissioned and the space cleaned and ready for delegates.
Fit-Out Scope of Work
Partitions, Ceilings & Flooring
Metal-stud and glazed partitions, acoustic insulation, suspended and feature ceilings, and carpet-tile, vinyl and hard flooring with skirtings and transitions.
Acoustic-rated systemsMEP Works & Coordination
Lighting and small power, containment and cabling, HVAC diffusers and controls, plumbing to pantries and washrooms, fire-detection devices, and data and AV pathways.
