On fast-track projects in the Kingdom, the difference between hitting a milestone and slipping a month is often how quickly the right trades reach site — fully documented and ready to work.

What 72-hour mobilisation actually requires

Rapid mobilisation is not about having names on a list. It depends on a standing pool of vetted personnel — steel fixers, shutter carpenters, masons, MEP trades, HSE officers and site engineers — whose trade tests, medicals, iqama status and site inductions are already current. When a request comes in, the work is deployment and logistics, not recruitment.

At Note International Contracting, crews are organised by trade and region so a package can be staffed from the nearest base. Transport, accommodation and PPE are arranged in parallel with the paperwork, and a supervisor is assigned before the first shift so the client has a single point of contact from day one.

The documentation that keeps a crew on site

A crew that arrives without complete records will be stopped at the gate. Before mobilisation we confirm:

Valid iqama and profession codes matching the trade

Current trade-test certificates and, where required, third-party skill validation

Fitness-to-work medicals and any project-specific screening

Completed site induction and HSE orientation

Scaling up without losing control

Ramping from a handful of workers to a few hundred over a couple of weeks only works if supervision scales with it. We hold a fixed ratio of foremen and QA/QC inspectors to tradesmen, run daily toolbox talks, and track productivity per activity so the client sees output, not just headcount.

If you have a package that needs to be staffed quickly and correctly, share the scope, location and start date and we will come back with a mobilisation plan and a realistic ramp-up curve.
